In Chicago 2019, things are heating up. Crime is up resulting in the creation of a second Intelligence Unit and a serial arsonist is on the loose in the city, creating tension within the firehouses as the fires get worse and worse. Could it be one of their own, someone out for revenge against a house, or merely a firebug? Things are also heating up in the personal lives of the first responders as their kids have grown up some and are experiencing many firsts. Whose side will you remember to keep the heat on?
